The people. The fit. The trust.
Enough shared experience to understand what you’re working through.
People who understand your experience and see things differently. You bring something to the conversation, too.
We talk with you first. A person owns the match, not an algorithm.
The circle, in practice
A price increase. A good win. A hire you are unsure about. You do not need a polished story.
I have always had a special gift for bringing people together to make things happen.
I kept meeting capable people betting on themselves. Different businesses. Different experiences. They had a lot in common, but they didn’t know each other.
These guys need to know each other!
So I introduced them. Someone had lived through the problem. Someone saw it differently. Nobody was there to sell.
Those conversations shouldn’t depend on a lucky introduction. That’s why I made Lykewize.
No agenda. No pitch. No drama.

A circle is one way in. Not the only one.
Still building your experience? Just not looking for a circle? You belong here, too.
Let me know about the next Open TableIn development for the wider community:
Keep building. Make your next deposit. What you do next adds experience. A webinar alone doesn’t add a deposit.

If you’re building or running something, you have a place here. A clothing brand, an electrical company, a software product, a shop, an agency or something after work. You don’t need to call yourself a founder, and early days count too.
Your Inventory and Snapshot are useful whether or not you ask for a circle. Circle placement depends on finding people who fit together. There’s a place for you beyond circles, too.
A real person gets to know you before assembling a circle of 5 to 8 people, considering lived experience, personality, life context, schedules and potential conflicts. Meet in person when logistics allow, and on video when they don’t. Your circle chooses how often. We take the time to get the fit right. We host the launch conversation, provide suggested agendas and questions, and check in quarterly. Members run their meetings and choose a private thread to keep in touch. Ask us to sit in whenever you want support. If a circle isn’t right, contact us about a rematch.
Confidentiality is a member commitment. No unsolicited selling, prospecting or “you should hire me.” Peer perspective does not mean unpaid project work. No agenda. No pitch. No drama. Meeting guide, support and privacy.
Already ready? Ask us to find your people.
Members don’t pay to belong. The intended funding model is relevant sponsors, disclosed affiliate relationships and partnerships. Nobody can buy a recommendation, influence your circle or access your individual Bank, Give or Need information. Recommendations have to earn their place.
Inventory stays in your browser for this session. Save your Snapshot to keep a copy, or clear your draft. If you ask for a circle, a short summary goes to the matching team with the details you provide. Your full Snapshot stays on your device. We don’t sell your individual information.
Yes. Take Inventory again whenever things change. We suggest coming back every six months to add what you’ve lived and update what you can give and need. Keep your saved Snapshot as a record of where you started.
Start with your experience. Then find your people.
