LykewizeTake Inventory

A little structure. Real conversation.

Your circle.
Make it yours.

First, we get to know you.

A private conversation about experience, what you want to work through, what you can contribute, availability and possible conflicts. A request is not a guaranteed placement. We agree what can be shared before making introductions.

A circle has 5 to 8 people. There must be enough lived experience for participation to go both ways. The minimum has not been finalized; your Bank number does not automatically decide readiness.

We launch it. You lead it.

Lykewize hosts the first conversation. After launch, members take turns hosting and choose a meeting rhythm, session length and private message thread that work for them. Meet in person when practical or on video. Agree those expectations before committing.

We check in quarterly, provide suggested agendas and discussion questions, and are available to sit in when asked. Reply to the team who introduced you for support, a sit-in or a conversation about rematching. If Dustin joins, it is in that support role, not as an always-present adviser.

A suggested one-hour meeting.

  1. 5 minutes: remind everyone of confidentiality and no selling.
  2. 10 minutes: one short check-in each. A win, a question or a hard week. Passing is fine.
  3. 35 minutes: focus on one or two people. Ask questions before giving advice. Leave room for quieter voices.
  4. 10 minutes: name one next step and agree the next meeting.

Use the outline when helpful. No selling agenda does not mean no structure.

Questions that get somewhere.

  • What are you deciding, and what makes it difficult?
  • What have you tried? What changed?
  • Who has lived something similar?
  • What are we missing or assuming?
  • What would a small next step look like?

Keep the trust.

No pitching, prospecting or “you should hire me.” Peer perspective does not create an obligation to do unpaid project work. Share without identifying clients or other people. Do not forward members' stories, screenshots or contact details without permission.

Confidentiality is a member commitment, not a technical guarantee. Contact your Lykewize introduction team privately if someone dominates, sells, crosses a boundary or creates a conflict. You can ask to pause or leave without confronting the circle. We discuss rematching rather than promising an immediate replacement.

We ask whether it is useful.

Quarterly check-ins ask whether you meet, feel heard, get useful perspectives and want to continue. Sharing feedback is voluntary. We do not need your chat transcripts, private stories or screenshots. Any public story needs separate permission.

No circle needed.

Keep your private Snapshot either way. Use these questions with someone you trust. Webinars, Stuff We Like and a newsletter are still in development; Open Table notifications are available when a date is confirmed.
